Job summary

Novartis Ireland is seeking a highly experienced Web Analytics Subject Matter Expert and Associate Director to own GA4, GBQ and GCP integrations, focusing on scalable data pipelines and actionable insights across the organization.

You will lead governance, data quality and reporting initiatives using Looker Studio and BigQuery, partner with analytics, marketing and engineering teams, and demonstrate business value through KPIs and storytelling.

Qualifications

• Degree in a relevant business or technical field.
• Extensive web analytics experience with cloud data integration.
• Deep GA4, GBQ and GCP expertise and proven integration experience.

Responsibilities

• Own GA4/GBQ/GCP integrations and analytics governance.
• Design scalable data pipelines and automated analytics workflows.
• Lead stakeholder discussions and demonstrate business impact through KPIs.
