Job summary

Johnson & Johnson Vision in Ireland is recruiting a Reporting and Analytics Lead to develop and execute advanced reporting and analytics capabilities across the organization.

You will lead KPI development, dashboards, and analytics roadmaps, partnering with IT and global teams to deliver scalable BI solutions using Tableau, Power BI, Azure Databricks, and other platforms. Six+ years of experience and a strong communication skillset are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; CS/Analytics/AI or related field preferred; MBA preferred.
• Six+ years of related work experience.
• Experience with data acquisition platforms, ETL, and visualization (Azure Databricks, Power BI, SAP HANA, Alteryx, Tableau, Python, PySpark, SQL).
• Strong communication and visualization skills; ability to present complex data clearly.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive dashboards and analytics workflows.
• Participate in process capability assessments to provide insights and robust business solutions.
• Collaborate with other franchises to identify reporting needs and opportunities.
• Support the technology roadmap and drive efficiencies through platform consolidation and self-serve analytics.
• Lead adoption of new metrics and standards across the organization.
• Partner with IT and other segments to enhance visualization and virtualization of metrics.
• Drive continuous capability improvement and standard processes across the business.
• Develop analytics solutions for deployment by global process owners.
• Create new analytics capabilities (e.g., OMP / planning system reporting).
• Analyze regional metrics to identify trends and outliers.
• Support roadmap improvements for platforms like Tableau, Alteryx, Azure Databricks.
