Job summary

Alchelyst in Wexford seeks an Investor Services Associate Director to lead the Transfer Agency team, overseeing onboarding, AML/KYC, subscriptions, redemptions, cash processing and investor reporting.

The role requires eight or more years of investor services experience, proven leadership in a regulated environment, and the ability to partner with clients and colleagues across locations to maintain accuracy, timeliness and strong controls.

Qualifications

8+ years in Transfer Agency / Investor Services within a regulated financial services environment.
2+ years of supervising or leading a team.

Responsibilities

Oversee TA onboarding, AML/KYC reviews, subscriptions, redemptions, switches, and cash processing.
Ensure cut-off times, procedures and SLAs are met with accuracy and completeness.
Act as escalation point for complex operational issues and client queries; drive resolution.
Lead, supervise, and develop the investor services team, including workload and performance management.
Set priorities, monitor capacity, and support resourcing decisions.
Build a culture of accountability, control awareness, and continuous improvement.
Provide regular feedback and support professional development.
