Job summary

Jacobs is seeking an experienced Team Leader to guide Ireland's Water Catchment Management team across Ireland and the UK. You will lead multidisciplinary teams, nurture client relationships, and shape strategy to deliver complex projects in flood risk, water resources and environmental services.

You will balance leadership, technical delivery and people development while driving growth and excellence across national frameworks and strategic client engagements.

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading multidisciplinary teams and delivering successful project outcomes.
• Strong background in water, flood risk, maritime, coastal, environmental or related infrastructure sectors.
• Demonstrated experience building client relationships and supporting business growth.
• Experience managing project delivery, resources and commercial performance.
• Strong leadership, mentoring and people development skills.
• Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication abilities.
• Chartered status with a relevant professional institution such as ICE, CIWEM or equivalent, or actively working towards chartership.
