Job summary

Benchmark International is seeking an Associate Director in Ireland with a home-based setup and regional travel. You will work directly with business owners considering exit or growth strategies, guiding them to engage Benchmark’s services.

You will meet prospects face-to-face or virtually, qualify leads generated by our Deal Origination team, and focus on building relationships to close engagements and drive high-value transactions across international markets.

Qualifications

• Proven track record in high-value B2B sales with closing engagements.
• Experience with complex negotiations and deal structuring.
• Demonstrated ability to manage a sales pipeline end-to-end.

Responsibilities

• Value and assess saleability of potential client businesses
• Explain Benchmark International’s services and benefits
• Present tailored exit and growth solutions
• Secure client engagements for business sales
• Negotiate terms and engagement fees
• Contract clients and manage sign-up process
• Prepare engagement packages for the Deal Transaction team
