Job summary

Teamworx are recruiting an experienced and commercially driven Assistant Store Manager to join a well-established international fashion retailer in Kildare Village.

Reporting directly to the Store Manager, you will lead the team on the shop floor, analyse sales data and KPIs, coach colleagues to deliver exceptional service and help drive store profitability.

A hands-on management style with strong leadership, a passion for fashion and customer experience is essential.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in an Assistant Store Manager or similar retail management role.
• Strong background in fashion, footwear, accessories or premium retail.
• Highly commercial and data-driven with KPI interpretation skills.

Responsibilities

• Support the Store Manager in driving sales, profitability and overall store performance.
• Analyse sales data and KPIs, identifying trends and opportunities for improvement.
• Lead, coach and motivate the team to deliver exceptional customer service and achieve sales targets.
• Take a proactive, hands-on approach on the shop floor, leading by example.
• Contribute creative and commercial ideas to improve customer experience and store performance.
• Support visual merchandising, stock management and daily store operations.
• Provide regular commercial feedback and insights to the Store Manager.
