We’re looking for a commercially focused leader with a passion for premium menswear and exceptional customer service, who can build a motivated team and deliver strong results.

Key Responsibilities:

• Take ownership of store performance, delivering sales targets and driving average transaction value, conversion and items per customer.
• Ensure every customer receives a genuine welcome, personal service and expert advice.
• Recruit, coach and develop the team, setting clear expectations and holding colleagues accountable.
• Plan rosters effectively, matching staffing to customer demand and managing wage budgets.
• Maintain excellent standards in visual merchandising, stock management and team presentation.
• Manage daily operations, cash controls and compliance with company procedures.

The Successful Candidate will have:

• At least five years’ retail management experience, ideally within fashion or premium retail.
• Proven ability to lead a busy store and deliver strong commercial results.
• An approachable, confident communicator who motivates and develops others.
• Passionate about customer experience, with an interest in menswear and styling.
• Organised, proactive and comfortable taking ownership of decisions.
