Job summary

Teamworx is seeking an experienced Assistant Store Manager to join a premium fashion retailer at Kildare Village in Ireland. You will report to the Store Manager and lead a hands-on team to deliver outstanding customer service, drive sales and store profitability in a fast-paced environment.

You are data-driven, fashion-focused and capable of translating KPI insights into action, coaching staff, managing stock and merchandising, and contributing commercial ideas to enhance customer experience

Qualifications

• Experience as an Assistant Store Manager or similar retail role.
• Background in fashion, footwear or premium retail.
• Strong commercial mindset with data-driven approach.
• Creative, proactive and solutions-focused.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.

Reporting directly to the Store Manager, you will play a key role in the day-to-day running of the store, with a high level of autonomy to contribute ideas, provide commercial feedback and support business decisions.

Key Responsibilities
