Zachary Daniels in Kildare is recruiting an Assistant Manager for a globally recognised beauty brand. You will support the Store Manager in day-to-day operations and lead a team to deliver exceptional customer experiences and strong commercial results.

The role offers salary up to €45,000 with a performance-related bonus, ongoing training and career progression. Applicants with experience in premium retail and a proven sales track record are encouraged to apply.

Formación

• Previous experience as an Assistant Manager, Supervisor or Senior Sales professional within retail.
• Experience within beauty, cosmetics, luxury, fashion or premium retail would be highly advantageous.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and KPIs.
• Passionate about delivering an outstanding customer experience.
• Commercially aware with a results-driven approach.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsabilidades

• Support the Store Manager in the overall management and performance of the store.
• Lead, motivate and develop the team to achieve sales targets and KPIs.
• Deliver an exceptional customer experience and maintain high service standards.
• Drive sales and maximise commercial opportunities within the store.
• Analyse sales performance and identify opportunities for growth.
• Support effective stock management, replenishment and inventory control.
• Assist with staff scheduling, rotas and day-to-day people management.
• Ensure all company policies, health & safety and operational standards are consistently followed.
• Act as a strong ambassador for the brand and its values.

The Role;

AsAssistant Manager, you will support the Store Manager in leading the day-to-day operation of the store, while inspiring and developing a team to deliver exceptional customer experiences and strong commercial results.

Key Responsibilities

Support the Store Manager in the overall management and performance of the store.

Lead, motivate and develop the team to achieve sales targets and KPIs.

Deliver an exceptional customer experience and maintain high service standards.
