Job summary

Park Hotel Kenmare, a Relais & Châteaux and two Michelin Key property, seeks an Assistant Restaurant Manager to lead on-floor service for ultra-luxury dining experiences. You will mentor staff, maintain five-star presentation, and ensure precise timing aligned with Michelin expectations.

The role requires 3–5 years in Michelin-calibre settings, strong hospitality acumen, and advanced wine knowledge (WSET 2+ or Sommelier).

Qualifications

• Minimum 3–5 years of progressive restaurant management experience within Michelin recognised restaurants or five-star properties.
• Proven exposure to fine dining restaurants with strong gastronomic identity.
• Exceptional knowledge of classical and contemporary service techniques.
• Advanced food and wine knowledge (WSET Level 2+ or Sommelier certification preferred).
• Strong leadership presence, refined communication skills, and impeccable grooming standards.

Responsibilities

• Deliver ultra-luxury, anticipatory service standards at all times.
• Lead by example on the floor with warmth, precision and personalization.
• Oversee service flow, reservations coordination, and floor organisation.
• Collaborate with Head Chef and F&B leadership to ensure seamless front-of-house communication.
