Carton House, a five-star resort and the first Fairmont Hotel collection property in Ireland, invites applications for an Assistant Restaurant Manager to join our team in Maynooth. The role requires leadership, initiative and a passion for delivering exceptional service in a luxury setting.

As a key member of the F&B team, you will work closely with culinary and supervisory staff, develop training programs, and participate in promotions and events to drive guest satisfaction and revenue growth.

Qualificações

• Excellent communication skills with fluent spoken and written English.
• Experience in a similar role in a 5-star resort is preferred.
• Ability to work on own initiative and adapt to shift schedules.

Responsabilidades

• Ensure service reflects the ambience and standards set by leadership.
• Lead and motivate the team, coaching and monitoring performance.
• Maintain high customer service levels and staff morale on the floor.
• Collaborate with Outlet Chef and F&B Manager on promotions, menus and events.
• Provide training and development for outlet staff and new hires.
