Hawksmoor Dublin is seeking an experienced Assistant Restaurant Manager to support the Restaurant Manager in delivering exceptional service in one of the city’s busiest venues. You will mentor, train, and lead a team of 40+ wait staff and head waiters to maintain the high standards Hawksmoor is known for.

Qualifikationen

• Experience as Assistant Restaurant Manager or higher in busy hospitality venues.
• Strong leadership and mentoring skills with focus on guest experience.
• Ability to manage large teams and daily operations in a high-volume setting.

We are looking for an experienced and passionate Assistant Restaurant Manager to join our team and make a real impact. As our Assistant Restaurant Manager, you play a key role in supporting the Restaurant Manager in helping the team grow and shine, providing training, mentorship, and support to make sure everyone is on the same page about delivering exceptional service in one of the busiest restaurants in Dublin. You will oversee a team of 40+ wait staff, and head waiters.

In this role, set the standard by leading from the front, showing the team what great service looks like. be hands-on, involved in all aspects of the daily flow – from welcoming guests with a smile to making sure every detail of the dining experience runs smoothly.
