Job summary

3D Personnel Ltd is seeking an Assistant Project Surveyor in Dublin to support the commercial team on major building projects. The role covers tender to final account, sub-contractor procurement, valuations, cost reports and cash-flow forecasts, with emphasis on change control and reporting to senior management.

• QS experience with a main contractor
• Good knowledge of Irish forms of contract
• Strong negotiation and communication skills
• Full driving licence
