Irish International Trading Corporation (Cork) Plc, known as IITC, operates one of Ireland’s leading showrooms for plumbing and bathroom products. The Showroom Sales Associate will deliver high-quality customer service, build lasting relationships, and act as product expert to maximise sales and showroom performance.

The role is full-time, based on-site in Cork, with a rolling Saturday roster and benefits including pension, education support, and health initiatives.

IITC has one of the largest and most extensive bathroom showrooms in Ireland and, after our recent renovation, we are looking for a Showroom Sales Associate to join our Plumbing & Bathrooms team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing customer service of the utmost quality to new and existing customers, managing and proactively developing long-term customer relationships. Your job will be to work closely with customers to ensure they get the maximum value out of the services and products they have purchased from us.

Requirements:

• Relationship building – the ability and willingness to build and develop productive relationships with our customers
• Demonstrable experience of working in a customer service focussed role

• Ability to Multitask and prioritise accordingly
• Knowledge of tiles and bathrooms desirable but not essential
