Job summary

Ethos Care Group in Ireland is seeking an experienced Assistant Person in Charge (APIC) to support the overall management of our nursing home. You will lead and support staff while ensuring residents receive safe, person-centred care and maintain high care standards.

As PIC in the absence, you will oversee operations, promote best practice and ensure HIQA compliance. A registered nurse with current NMBI PIN and strong leadership will thrive in this role within a supportive team environment.

Qualifications

• Registered Nurse with active NMBI PIN.
• Significant nursing and leadership experience.
• Strong leadership, organisational and clinical skills.
• Passion for delivering outstanding care to older people.
