QUINTESSENTIAL BRANDS UK GROUP LTD is seeking an experienced Assistant Person in Charge (APIC) to support the overall management of our nursing home. You will lead care delivery, support staff, and uphold high standards of resident well‑being.

The role requires a Registered Nurse with an active NMBI PIN, strong leadership, and a passion for caring for older people. You will ensure HIQA compliance and act as PIC in their absence, fostering a safe, person‑centred environment.

Qualifications

Registered Nurse with active NMBI PIN.
Significant nursing and leadership experience.
Strong leadership, organisational and clinical skills.
Passion for delivering outstanding care to older people.

Responsibilities

Support the PIC in managing operations and staffing.
Lead and supervise nursing staff and promote best practice.
Ensure compliance with HIQA standards and regulations.
Maintain a safe, high-quality care environment.
Act as PIC in their absence.
