Job summary

Frasers Group’s Sports Direct in Ireland is seeking an Assistant Manager to lead a team, deliver a world-class customer experience, and drive store sales. You will support store management, mentor staff, and maintain high standards in visual merchandising and operations.

The role emphasises people development, performance coaching, and a strong customer-focused culture, with a €42,500 pa base plus bonus potential and extensive development opportunities within the Frasers Group.
