Job summary

Little Harvard Childcare in Swords is seeking an Assistant Creche Manager to support the Centre Manager and help run our early years centre. You will lead a dedicated team, ensure regulatory compliance, and build strong relationships with families.

The role requires a Level 6 qualification in Early Childhood Care and Education with leadership experience. You will work in a busy environment, mentored by a supportive leadership team, with ongoing professional development and career growth

Qualifications

• Minimum Level 6 qualification in Early Childhood Care and Education (Level 7+ a bonus).
• Leadership or senior educator experience.
• Knowledge of Aistear, Síolta, and best practice in early years education.
• Strong communication, teamwork, and organisational skills.
• Calm, proactive, and confident in a busy environment.
