Job summary

Little Harvard Childcare in Leixlip seeks an experienced Assistant Creche Manager to support the Centre Manager and help run our early years centre.

You will lead a team, ensure compliance with Tusla and ECCE standards, and build strong relationships with families while handling administration and curriculum planning. This role demands calm leadership in a busy environment.

Qualifications

Minimum Level 6 qualification in Early Childhood Care and Education (Level 7+ a bonus)
Leadership or senior educator experience
Knowledge of Aistear, Síolta, and best practice in early years education
