Little Harvard in Donabate is looking for an experienced Assistant Manager to support the Centre Manager and help run our early years centre. In this full-time, permanent role you will lead, mentor and motivate staff; ensure Tusla and ECCE compliance; build strong relationships with families; and assist with administration, rosters, audits and curriculum planning.

The ideal candidate will have Level 6 or higher in Early Childhood Care and Education, strong leadership, and a calm, proactive

Qualifications

Minimum Level 6 qualification in Early Childhood Care and Education (Level 7+ a bonus).
Leadership or senior educator experience.
Knowledge of Aistear, Síolta, and best practice in early years education.
Strong communication, teamwork, and organisational skills.
Calm, proactive, and confident in a busy environment.
