This role focuses on elevating store events, coaching colleagues, and aligning the team with the Brand vision. Flexible availability and rights to work in Ireland are required, with a competitive salary and benefits.

Qualifications

• Proven retail experience at supervisor level or higher, preferably in beauty.
• Ability to provide inspirational, authentic and personalised customer service.
• Experience coaching/mentoring others to achieve potential.
• Driven to meet sales and customer service targets.
• Flexible availability across days/hours; discuss during interview.
• Proof of right to live and work in Ireland.
