Jo Malone in Arnotts is hiring an Assistant Counter Manager on a full-time permanent basis. You will lead a boutique team, drive sales, and deliver exceptional service to a global clientele within our luxury beauty brand.

This role focuses on elevating store events, coaching colleagues, and aligning the team with the Brand vision. Flexible availability and rights to work in Ireland are required, with a competitive salary and benefits.

Qualifications

• Proven retail experience at supervisor level or higher, preferably in beauty.

Creativity in our day to day. From the signature Hand and Arm massage to hosting wedding consultations where you will help bottle some of their most precious memories. From floral crown to graffiti artists, chocolate tasting and cocktail mast classes, our services and events are the talk of the town.

As Assistant Counter Manager, your role will also be to elevate these in-store events. You will also be accountable for the smooth running of the store and ensuring all your team are aligned in the Boutique and Brand vision.
