Job summary

Jo Malone London in Dublin invites a Boutique Manager to lead a distinctive, gift-focused brand experience. You will elevate in-store events, including weddings consultations where you help bottle memories, and ensure every guest leaves with a memorable impression.

You will run the store smoothly, coach a small team to deliver inspirational, personalized service, and align daily operations with the Boutique and Brand vision, while balancing flexibility across retail hours.

Qualifications

• Proven retail experience at Supervisor or above level, preferably within beauty
• The ability to provide inspirational, authentic and personalized customer service
• Experience of coaching/mentoring others to achieve their full potential and to succeed
• A drive to achieve sales and customer service targets
• Flexible availability across days/hours. We want all of our team to have a good work-life balance, please discuss your availability further with the hiring manager before/during the interview.
• Proof of right to live and work in the country

Responsibilities

• As Boutique Manager, your role will also be to elevate these in-store events.
• You will also be accountable for the smooth running of the store and ensuring all your team are aligned in the Boutique and Brand vision.
