Job summary

Jo Malone in Arnotts is seeking an Assistant Counter Manager on a full-time permanent basis. You will lead day-to-day counter operations, deliver personalised customer service, and help host events and experiences that showcase The World of Jo Malone London to customers and media contacts.

The role requires proven retail experience at supervisor level, a passion for fragrance, and the ability to mentor team members while driving sales targets and exceptional service in a luxury counter setting.
