Coty is seeking an Assistant Business Manager - Multi-Brand for Brown Thomas and Arnotts in Dublin. You will support two iconic brands, Chloé Atelier des Fleurs and Kylie Cosmetics, driving sales through exceptional service and product knowledge.

Reporting to the Business Manager, you will coach the team, build customer relationships, and ensure outstanding brand presentation and in-store events. This full-time role requires near-native English and a passion for prestige beauty.

Qualifikationen

• Experience in beauty, fragrance, makeup or luxury retail.
• Proven ability to achieve and exceed sales goals.
• Confident delivering personalised fragrance and makeup consultations.
• Strong coaching and team-support skills.
• Customer-focused with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Passion for prestige beauty and emerging trends.
• Highly organized, proactive and commercially minded.
• Near-native English with flexibility in retail environments.

• Drive monthly sales targets across fragrance and makeup categories.
• Deliver KPIs for sales, productivity, and customer experience.
• Provide expert fragrance and makeup consultations tailored to customers.
• Lead by example on the shop floor with exceptional selling techniques.
• Represent and bring to life Chloé Atelier des Fleurs and Kylie Cosmetics.
