Job summary

Coty is seeking a Brand Ambassador - Fragrance for Chloé at Brown Thomas, Dublin. This part-time role (22.5 hours over 3 days) places you at a global beauty leader to drive sales, deliver outstanding customer experiences, and bring the Chloé fragrance portfolio to life in-store.

You will report to the Fragrance Business Manager and manage sales targets, brand representation, and in-store execution while maintaining premier counter standards in a luxury retail setting.

Qualifications

• Experience in fragrance retail (fragrance collections experience desirable).
• Strong sales mindset with a proven ability to achieve KPIs.
• Deep passion for fragrance and luxury brand storytelling.
• Ability to build strong relationships with customers and in-store retail teams.
• Near-native level of English.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales performance and achieve monthly targets; deliver KPIs.
• Represent the Chloé fragrance portfolio and protect brand equity in-store.
• Execute in-store excellence with high VM and counter standards.
• Maintain high standards of visual merchandising and follow brand guidelines.
