• Achieve individual sales targets while delivering Coty KPIs.
• Provide tailored fragrance consultations and upsell while maintaining premium service.
• Build long-lasting customer relationships to drive loyalty.
• Represent the brand across Brown Thomas and Arnotts locations.
• Support events, launches, and brand moments with excellence.
• Maintain iPad reporting, brand guidelines, and secure system access.
• Collaborate with Coty in-store and retailer teams to ensure consistency.
