Coty is seeking an Assistant Business Manager - Multi-Brand for Brown Thomas and Arnotts in Dublin. You will support two iconic brands, Chloé Atelier des Fleurs and Kylie Cosmetics, driving sales through exceptional service and product knowledge.

Reporting to the Business Manager, you will coach the team, build customer relationships, and ensure outstanding brand presentation and in-store events. This full-time role requires near-native English and a passion for prestige beauty.

Qualifications

• Experience in beauty, fragrance, makeup or luxury retail.

ASSISTANT BUSINESS MANAGER - MULTI‑BRAND

Luxury Retail / Field Sales - Brown Thomas and Arnotts, Dublin

Full Time, 37.5 hours across 5 days

As Assistant Business Manager - Multi-Brand, you will support the Business Manager in driving sales performance across two of Coty's iconic brands, Chloé Atelier des Fleurs and Kylie Cosmetics. Through exceptional customer service, expert product knowledge, and hands‑on leadership, you will create memorable customer experiences, lead by example on the shop floor, and help deliver commercial success within a global beauty leader.

THE ROLE

OPTIMIZE, ENABLE, INNOVATE!

As our Assistant Business Manager - Multi-Brand, you will be the driving force behind creating memorable customer experiences across Chloé Atelier des Fleurs and Kylie Cosmetics. Working closely with the Business Manager, you will support the day‑to‑day running of the counter, inspire and coach the team, build strong customer relationships, and bring each brand's unique story to life through personalised consultations and exceptional service.

You will be reporting to the Business Manager , and you will manage:

Drive Commercial Performance

• Support the delivery of monthly sales targets across both fragrance and makeup categories
• Deliver against agreed KPIs, including sales, productivity, and customer experience measures
• Identify opportunities to maximise sales through personalised fragrance consultations and makeup recommendations
• Lead by example on the shop floor, showcasing exceptional selling techniques and service standards

Be a Brand Ambassador

• Represent and bring to life the unique identities of Chloé Atelier des Fleurs and Kylie Cosmetics
• Deliver expert fragrance and beauty consultations tailored to each customer's needs
• Protect and elevate brand image through outstanding execution of merchandising, animations, and in‑store events
• Adhere to Coty's grooming and presentation standards at all times

Support and Inspire the Team

• Partner with the Business Manager to drive a high‑performing and customer‑focused team culture
• Coach and motivate colleagues through hands‑on support and sharing best practice
• Help onboard and develop team members to build confidence and product expertise
• Foster a positive and collaborative working environment

Build Strong Relationships

• Develop lasting relationships with customers to drive loyalty and repeat business
• Work closely with retailer colleagues and store management to maximise brand visibility and performance
• Collaborate effectively with the wider Coty team to support business objectives
• Actively grow your customer database and follow up on opportunities to drive repeat sales

YOU ARE A COTY FIT

As an Assistant Business Manager - Multi-Brand , you are a beauty enthusiast with a passion for creating exceptional customer experiences.

You are equally comfortable recommending a signature fragrance from Chloé Atelier des Fleurs as you are demonstrating the latest Kylie Cosmetics products. With strong commercial acumen and natural leadership qualities, you support the Business Manager in driving performance, developing the team, and bringing both brands to life on the shop floor.
