Job summary

Rí-Rá Brewing Company is seeking an Assistant Brand Manager to help grow Rí-Rá and Larkins across Ireland and GB. The role focuses on social media, content creation and bringing brand personality to life through campaigns, events and partnerships.

You will work closely with leadership, sales and creative partners to translate ideas into real-world activations and drive brand awareness and trial in pubs, bars, off‑licences and retail.

Qualifications

• Early in marketing career, ambitious, creative and commercially curious.
• Energetic, initiative‑driven, with ability to work with various teams.
• Experience in FMCG, drinks, hospitality, events, social media or brand marketing would be useful.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail are essential.
• Ability to translate ideas into social content and live activations.

Responsibilities

• Manage and grow the social media presence of Rí-Rá and Larkins.
• Create original social content with creators, photographers and designers.
• Develop promotions, campaigns and consumer activations.
• Create BTL visibility programmes for pubs, bars and retail outlets.
• Activate events and sponsorships across sport, music and culture.
• Collaborate with sales to convert brand activity into commercial results.
• Support new product launches and collaborations and expand into Irish and GB markets.
• Spend time at the brewery to understand from idea to launch.
