Job summary

Grant Thornton Ireland is seeking an Associate Director within Asset Management in Dublin or Cork. You will lead a significant client portfolio, oversee audits, and develop talent across the practice while working with Partners and the Grant Thornton global network.

This senior leadership role offers exposure to high‑quality asset management clients, with a flexible and hybrid working environment and the opportunity to shape the growth of the Asset Management offering in Ireland.

Qualifications

• ACA / ACCA (or equivalent) qualified.
• At least 7 years' asset management/financial services audit experience.
• Strong IFRS and Irish GAAP knowledge.
• Experience leading audit teams and managing complex portfolios.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead audit engagements across asset management clients.
• Provide technical accounting guidance and risk management.
• Develop junior staff and manage performance.
• Support business development for asset management practice.
