Sherpa Kids Ireland is seeking a Quality Service Delivery Manager to provide support and oversight for an expanding group of after-school services across primary schools, delivering quality, dependable care for children.

You will form strong partnerships with staff, schools, families and children, thrive in a hybrid work environment, and enjoy benefits such as employee discounts, assistance programmes and planned company events.

Qualifications

• Own car is essential for this role.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
• Previous experience leading a team and managing staff.
• Passion for childcare.
• At least 2 written references are required.
• Childcare: 2 years (required).
• Management: 2 years (required).
• Driver's license and access to a car daily (required).
