The Quality Service Delivery Manager will support and oversee operations for Sherpa Kids Afterschool services, building strong partnerships with schools, families and staff, while fostering a child-centred, creative approach to holiday care. Qualifications

• Own car is essential for this role.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
• Previous experience in leading a team and manage staff.
• Passion for childcare.
• At least 2 written references are required.
• Childcare: 2 years (required).
• Management: 2 years (required).
• Licence/Certification: Driver's license and have access to a car each day (required).
