Job summary

Sherpa Kids is a global organisation delivering after-school care across 265 schools, with 60 local services in Ireland, and ongoing growth since 2014, impacting thousands of children daily.

The Quality Service Delivery Manager will support and oversee operations for Sherpa Kids Afterschool services, building strong partnerships with schools, families and staff, while fostering a child-centred, creative approach to holiday care. The role offers hybrid working and a competitive package.

Qualifications

• Own car is essential for this role.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
• Previous experience in leading a team and manage staff.
• Passion for childcare.
• At least 2 written references are required.
• Childcare: 2 years (required).
• Management: 2 years (required).
• Licence/Certification: Driver's license and have access to a car each day (required).

Responsibilities

• Provide support and operational oversight for selecting a growing number of Sherpa Kids Afterschool services.
• Form strong partnerships with staff teams, schools, families and children.
• Ensure delivery of quality, dependable school-age services with a family-friendly approach.
