Job summary

Sigmar Recruitment partners with a Dublin-based architectural studio to hire an Architectural Technologist. You will deliver large-scale residential projects from concept to completion, coordinate technical designs and ensure compliance with Irish Building Regulations.

You will lead project coordination with clients, consultants and contractors, carry out site inspections and manage project documentation while developing leadership skills for progression within the team.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years’ experience as an Architectural Technologist.
• Experience with residential or large-scale technical projects.
• Knowledge of Irish Building Regulations, planning processes and construction detailing.
• Experience managing projects through to completion.
• Strong Revit and multidisciplinary coordination skills.
• Good communication, organisation and leadership skills.
