Job summary

GPC - Global Professional Consultants in Dublin City Centre is seeking a qualified Architect with healthcare experience to join its team. You will manage and deliver healthcare projects, prepare planning and construction packages, and coordinate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure compliant, high-quality delivery.

The role requires strong Revit skills, knowledge of Irish Building Regulations, and eligibility to work in Ireland.

Qualifications

• Qualified Architect with RIAI, RIBA or equivalent professional registration.
• 3+ years post-qualification experience preferred.
• Previous healthcare project experience is essential.
• Strong proficiency in Revit.
• Strong knowledge of Irish Building Regulations.
• Eligibility to work in Ireland.

Responsibilities

• Manage and deliver architectural projects across various stages.
• Prepare and coordinate planning, tender and construction packages.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors and internal design teams.
• Carry out Contract Administration duties.
• Produce and coordinate technical project information using Revit.
• Manage project programmes and support successful project delivery.

This is an excellent opportunity to work on high-quality healthcare and other significant projects within a collaborative and progressive studio. Key Duties & Responsibilities Manage and deliver architectural projects across various stages Prepare and coordinate planning, tender and construction packages Ensure compliance with Irish Building Regulations and relevant standards Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors and internal design teams Carry out Contract Administration duties Produce and coordinate technical project information using Revit Manage project programmes and support successful project delivery
