The Role:

Our client is seeking a Project Lead (Registered Architect or Senior Architectural Technologist) with proven project delivery experience and background in the healthcare sector.

In this position, you will lead complex healthcare projects through key delivery stages to completion within a fully BIM-integrated environment.

You will combine strong technical and construction knowledge to manage project running, coordinating closely with contractors, engineers, and consultants to ensure compliant, high-quality execution. A sound understanding of Irish building codes and construction methods is essential.

Required Background:

• Degree in Architecture or Architectural Technology needed
• 7+ years’ industry experience required
• Track record in the healthcare sector highly beneficial
• Demonstrated experience taking projects through key delivery stages and on-site completion
• Thorough knowledge of Irish building regulations and construction methods
• Excellent organizational skills with an ability to achieve project deadlines
• Must be able to convey accurate information to different stakeholders effectively
• Self-driven and willingness to learn, adopting a ‘can do’ mentality and work ethic
