Global Professional Consultants in Dublin City Center is seeking a talented Architect to join its experienced team, delivering projects across healthcare, commercial, residential, hospitality, data centres, industrial and masterplanning.

This is an excellent opportunity to work on a diverse portfolio within a supportive and collaborative architectural environment. The role requires RIAI registration and strong Revit/AutoCAD skills, with Dublin-based work and competitive salary.

Qualifications

• Must be a Registered Architect with the RIAI.
• Strong experience with Irish Building Regulations, BCAR and the Irish planning system.
• Qualified Architect with a recognised professional qualification.
• Strong proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD.
• Experience preparing and coordinating planning, tender and construction packages.
• Strong design, technical and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent communication, presentation and organisational skills.
• Ability to manage projects independently while collaborating with a multidisciplinary team.
• Must be eligible to work in Ireland.

Responsibilities

• Manage and deliver architectural projects from design development through to construction.
• Prepare and coordinate planning, tender and construction documentation.
• Produce accurate architectural drawings using Revit and AutoCAD.
• Ensure projects comply with Irish Building Regulations, BCAR, planning requirements and relevant standards.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors and internal design teams.
• Attend design-team meetings, site inspections and client presentations.
• Carry out Contract Administration duties.
• Manage project programmes, deadlines and technical deliverables.
• Contribute to projects across healthcare, commercial, residential, hospitality, industrial and data-centre sectors.
• Support the successful delivery of projects to a high professional standard.

An established architectural practice in Dublin City Centeris seeking a talented Architect to join its experienced team. The practice delivers projects across healthcare, commercial offices, residential, hospitality, data centres, industrial, cleanroom and masterplanning sectors.

Key Duties & Responsibilities

• Manage and deliver architectural projects from design development through to construction
• Prepare and coordinate planning, tender and construction documentation
• Produce accurate architectural drawings and technical information using Revit and AutoCAD
• Ensure projects comply with Irish Building Regulations, BCAR, planning requirements and relevant standards
