Job summary

Global Professional Consultants in Cork is seeking an experienced Architect or Senior Architect to join their expanding design team. You will work on a diverse portfolio across commercial, retail, residential and mixed-use developments, ensuring compliance with Irish planning and building regulations.

The role offers hybrid working, a competitive salary (€55k-€65k DOE) with annual reviews, pension and strong commitment to professional development, plus opportunities to lead projects and mentor

Qualifications

• Registered Architect with RIAI or RIBA credentials.
• 3+ years post-professional experience.
• Experience on commercial, retail, residential or mixed-use developments.
• Strong understanding of Irish planning and building regulations.
• Proven job-running experience.
• Strong design capability and technical understanding.
• Full BIM proficiency (essential).
• Excellent communication, organisational and presentation skills.
• Must hold eligibility to work in Ireland.
