Job summary

Global Professional Consultants in Ireland is seeking an experienced Architect to support its growing project portfolio. You will manage projects, coordinate design teams and build strong client relationships in a collaborative, hybrid-working environment.

The role offers progression opportunities and flexibility with a pension scheme; you will oversee multiple stages and liaise with clients, contractors and consultants to deliver high-quality architectural solutions.

Qualifications

• Experience managing architectural projects across multiple stages.
• RIAI registration or working toward registration.
• Proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD.
• Strong technical documentation skills.
• Ability to manage workloads, deadlines and project priorities.
• Experience chairing meetings and coordinating multidisciplinary teams.
• Full eligibility to work in Ireland.

Job description

An established and expanding architectural practice is seeking an experienced Architect to support its growing project portfolio.

This position would suit someone who enjoys managing projects, coordinating design teams and building strong client relationships. The practice offers a collaborative working environment, flexibility and opportunities for long-term progression.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee architectural projects across multiple design and delivery stages
• Lead design coordination meetings and manage input from multidisciplinary consultants
• Take responsibility for progressing projects with minimal supervision
• Organise project programmes, resources and day-to-day deliverables
• Maintain effective communication with clients, contractors, consultants and other stakeholders

Requirements

• Thorough knowledge of Irish Building Regulations, planning requirements and BCAR
• RIAI registered, eligible for registration or actively working towards registration
• Proficiency in Revit and a good working knowledge of AutoCAD
• Strong technical skills, including experience preparing and reviewing project documentation
• Proofen ability to manage workloads, deadlines and project priorities
• Experience chairing meetings and coordinating multidisciplinary teams
• Confidence working independently and contributing to a collaborative team
• Strong interpersonal and client communication skills
• Full eligibility to work in Ireland
