Job summary

MCORM, a Dublin-based architectural design studio, seeks an Architect focused on residential projects with 5+ years of experience. You will lead major schemes from concept to construction, ensuring compliance with Irish Building Regulations and planning requirements, while coordinating clients, consultants and contractors.

Proficiency in Revit is essential, as is the ability to manage multi-disciplinary teams, site inspections, and procurement processes.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years’ experience as an Architect, ideally with substantial residential project experience.
• Expert-level knowledge of Irish Building Regulations, local planning processes, and construction detailing.
• Proven track record delivering projects through all work stages, including site inspections and stakeholder management.
• Strong communication and coordination skills, particularly in multi-disciplinary teams.
• Skilled in local authority approvals and contract administration, including public sector procurement.
• Proficient in Revit.
