Job summary

RAD Search in Dublin is seeking an experienced Project Architect to lead projects from early design through to completion within a busy residential-focused studio. You will own projects, manage day-to-day delivery, and act as the main liaison for clients, consultants, and contractors.

The role spans residential, commercial, workplace, and technology-led developments, with emphasis on medium to large-scale housing.

Qualifications

Job description

RAD Search are currently working in partnership with one of Dublin’s best architectural studios, known for delivering award-winning projects across a range of sectors. As their workload continues to build into 2026, they are looking to speak with experienced Project Architects who are ready to take on a leading role within a busy and well-structured team. It’s a studio that has built a strong reputation not just for its work, but for how it supports and develops its people.

The Role

This position is suited to a Project Architect with solid experience leading projects from early design stages through to completion. You’ll be taking ownership of projects, managing day-to-day delivery, and acting as a key point of contact for clients, consultants, and contractors.

The work itself spans a mix of sectors including residential, commercial, workplace, and technology-led developments, offering good variety and scale. The immediate requirement sits within the residential team, so prior experience delivering medium to large-scale housing projects will be important.

You’ll be involved across all RIAI stages, overseeing design development, coordinating technical information, and supporting projects as they move onto site. A strong understanding of Irish building regulations, excellent experience in construction detailing, and project delivery is expected, along with the ability to manage timelines and keep projects progressing.

You’ll have a solid track record working in Ireland, with experience leading projects and coordinating multidisciplinary teams. Confidence in both design and technical delivery is key, along with the ability to communicate clearly and manage responsibility at project level.

Software

Revit is essential given the studio’s BIM-led approach.

Experience with AutoCAD and Adobe Suite would be beneficial.

Salary

€58,000 – €72,000

Depending on experience and level of responsibility.
