Job summary

Qualifications

• Be 18 years of age or older.
• FETAC Level 5 qualification holders are preferred.
• Willing to commit to a three-year apprenticeship and study at BA (Hons) level while working.

Responsibilities

• Develop relevant IT skills on in-house systems.
• Create and maintain client records on relevant systems.
• Communicate with clients to keep them updated on application status.
• Provide support to the sales team as required.
• Process onboarding documentation and client inquiries promptly.
• Ensure files are compliant with Central Bank and internal procedures.
