Morgan McKinley is recruiting on behalf of a Cork-based wealth management brokerage for an experienced Paraplanner to support financial planners and ensure high-quality, compliant client services.

You will prepare client financial plans, review documents, and maintain accurate records, while keeping up with industry regulations and deadlines.

Qualifikationen

• QFA preferred.
• Experience in a paraplanning or financial consultant administration role.
• Strong knowledge of financial planning products and advice processes.
• Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills.
• Strong report writing and written communication ability.
• Ability to manage workloads effectively and meet deadlines.
• Experience with financial planning tools and systems.

Aufgaben

• Provide administrative and technical support to financial planners, helping to deliver accurate and efficient client services.
• Prepare, review, and process client documentation, including financial plans, application forms, and compliance paperwork, ensuring all documents meet regulatory requirements.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records, with a strong focus on compliance and attention to detail.
• Contact clients to gather medical information for protection insurance applications.
• Respond to client enquiries promptly and professionally, delivering excellent customer service and clear, accurate information.
• Work closely with financial advisors and team members to ensure tasks are completed efficiently and financial recommendations are implemented effectively.
• Keep up to date with industry regulations, compliance requirements, and best practices to ensure all work is completed in line with company policies and standards.
