Job summary

Apple Inc. in Cork, Ireland, is seeking an Apple Pay eCommerce Technical Specialist to accelerate integrations of Apple Pay across merchant and PSP platforms.

You will be the technical point of contact, providing guidance by phone, email, and remote tools to enable seamless Apple Pay adoption. This cross-functional role collaborates with Business Development, Product, and Operations to optimize checkout experiences, resolve integration hurdles, and create developer resources.

Qualifications

• Experience in online payments ecosystem with merchants, PSPs, networks, and processors.
• Strong ability to troubleshoot and guide external partners through technical challenges.
• Experience integrating and supporting a complex software/solutions stack.
• Excellent client-facing communication translating tech concepts for non‑technical stakeholders.
• Passion for delivering seamless user journeys and checkout experiences.
• Quickly onboard to new toolsets and platforms with minimal guidance.
• Self-starter with strong project management to drive initiatives end‑to‑end.

Responsibilities

• Drive technical integrations by providing guidance and hands-on support for Apple Pay in merchant and PSP platforms.
• Address pre- and post-sales issues with partners to resolve integration hurdles.
• Review merchant UX to identify gaps and improve checkout conversion and transaction quality.
• Inspire partners to adopt new Apple Pay features and best practices.
• Assist in creating developer resources, blueprints, and enablement guides for merchants.
• Lead multiple partner projects concurrently and provide progress updates to leadership.
