Job summary

Apple Pay and Apple Wallet continue to grow and become integral to the daily lives of our consumers. The Wallet, Payments and Commerce team is seeking an Apple Pay eCommerce Merchant Specialist to drive merchant adoption and deliver best-in-class integration on digital channels (Web and App).

This highly cross-functional role involves collaborating with merchants, strategic partners and internal teams to source opportunities, enable end-to-end implementation, and support post-launch growth

Qualifications

• Spanish/Italian fluency with high English proficiency required.
• Excellent communication across emails, calls, in person.
• Self-driven, organized, and able to multitask with minimal supervision.
• Proven results in quota-carrying roles, with pipeline management and forecasting experience.

Responsibilities

• Sourcing new merchant opportunities via emails, outbound calls, or inbound leads.
• Managing Apple Pay enablement cycle from discovery to launch.
• Identify key players and manage end-to-end enablement with merchants and partners.
• Support post-go-live growth through UX audits and conversions optimization.
• Establish and maintain positive business relationships with merchants.
• Onboard merchants with Apple Pay integration ensuring a great customer experience.
• Build and deliver communications to evangelize Apple Pay to merchants and partners.
• Provide updates on account progress and KPIs to leadership.
• Maintain merchant contacts and pipeline in CRM.
