Job summary

Apple Pay and Wallet continue to grow and become integral to daily life. The Wallet, Payments and Commerce (WPC) team seeks an Apple Pay Technical Specialist to accelerate and provide technical support for eCommerce merchant integrations.

This role is the technical point of contact for merchants integrating Apple Pay, delivering assistance via phone, email, and remote tools to streamline enablement.

Qualifications

• Practical experience in web development (JavaScript, HTML, CSS) or iOS development (Swift).
• Experience in online payments ecosystem, merchants, PSPs, networks and processors.
• Strong ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Drive technical integrations by guiding merchant and PSP platforms to implement Apple Pay.
• Troubleshoot pre- and post-sales integration issues with partners and internal teams.
• Review merchant UX to identify gaps, improve checkout, and enhance transaction quality.
• Promote best-in-class implementations and author enablement guides and docs.
• Lead multiple partner projects with clear progress updates to leadership.
