Job summary

Apple Inc. is seeking an Apple Pay eCommerce Merchant Specialist to drive Apple Pay adoption with online merchants across Europe. You will engage with merchants from outreach to integration, ensuring a seamless Web and App experience for customers.

In this cross-functional role, you’ll collaborate with Business Development, Product and Operations to source opportunities, manage enablement, and support post-launch growth while maintaining strong partner relationships.

Qualifications

• Spanish or Italian language fluency with high English proficiency.
• Excellent communication across email, phone, and in person.
• Self-driven, organized, multitask capable with minimal supervision.
• Quota-carrying experience with pipeline management and forecasting.
• Strong problem solving in ambiguous situations.

Responsibilities

• Sourcing new merchant opportunities via emails, calls, or inbound leads.
• Managing merchants through Apple Pay enablement from discovery to launch.
• Identify key players and manage end-to-end enablement with partners.
• Support post-go-live growth: UX audits, conversions, anomaly detection.
• Onboard merchants with Apple Pay Specialists for great integration.
• Deliver communications to evangelize Apple Pay via webinars or 1:1 sessions.
• Provide updates on pipeline progress and KPIs to leadership.
• Maintain merchant contacts and CRM pipeline status.
