Job summary

Apple Inc. is seeking a technically adept Apple Pay eCommerce Specialist to support merchants and PSPs in integrating Apple Pay across ecommerce platforms.

You will act as the technical point of contact, guiding cross-functional teams to ensure smooth enablement and optimal user experiences. The role requires a strong communicator with a background in online payments, system diagnostics, and autonomous project execution, collaborating with internal teams and external partners to drive adoption

Qualifications

• Experience in online payments ecosystem including merchant segments, PSPs, networks and processors.
• Strong ability to troubleshoot with external partners to drive adoption of technology.
• Experience integrating, supporting, and troubleshooting a complex software suite.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical guidance to enable Apple Pay integrations for merchants and PSPs.
• Diagnose and resolve pre- and post-sales integration issues with partners.
• Review merchant UX to identify gaps, improve checkout conversion and transaction quality.
• Inspire partners to adopt new Apple Pay features and best practices.
