Job summary

VAULT PERSONNEL PTE. LTD. seeks a Technical Service Leader in plastics additives, based in Singapore.

You will be the primary technical contact for customers, translating complex issues into actionable experiments and coordinating with sales, marketing and R&D to deliver value. Travel to conferences, customers, and field trials is expected, with focus on Asia markets. Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master’s in Engineering, Materials/Polymer Science or related technical field.
• 7 years of direct customer support or technical plastics industry experience (PP/PE polymers, additives, masterbatches).
• Fluency in Korean required for direct communication with Korean stakeholders.
• Strong relationship-building and influencing skills.
• Ownership mindset and ability to drive projects forward in ambiguous settings.

Responsibilities

• Be the focal point for all technical customer matters related to our additives.
• Develop deep relationships with customer technical contacts and act as primary contact for technical inquiries.
• Collaborate with sales, marketing and R&D to align priorities and accelerate projects.
