Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Lead Safety and Quality Excellence and drive a world-class safety culture.
• Provide technical leadership, coaching, and mentoring to engineers and technicians.
• Own technical escalations and coordinate resources to resolve issues.
• Enhance team capability through training and knowledge sharing.
• Support performance management, service contracts, and KPIs.
